Daffodils
Overview
The "Daffodils" project is a playful exploration of nature's beauty, inspired by the uplifting spirit of Charles & Ray Eames' House of Cards and William Wordsworth's poem "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud".
It presents an abstract interpretation of the poem through a deck of cards, inviting viewers to discover hidden depths within a familiar object.
Brief/Goals
The project aims to go beyond the traditional function of a card game. By using bold pops of yellow and green throughout 8 cards and 16 panels, it evokes the vibrancy of daffodils and encourages viewers to embrace the joy and freedom found in nature. The project aspires to brighten people's day and inspire them to share that joy with loved ones.
